Patrick did an amazing job on renting our investment property in Brentwood. We received key on mid-March and Patrick is able to get it rented out in ~1 week.
Good job on listing on multiple platforms, generated good interested (100+ contacts, 6 applications), and helped us with final maintenance before we hand the key to the rentee.
