Matthew has been kind but a person by the name of Steven is extremely unprofessional. My sink is constantly getting clogged. They usually send a professional to handle it, but all of a sudden they are refusing to fix my sink and electrical outlets that are literall y hanging out of the walls. It's so sad how tenants in Oakland who pay expensive rent are treated.

Address on website is a residence. Office location on main st is never open. One chair and folding $30 Home Depot table, looks never used. No one ever answers the phone and only Daniel ever calls back. No Yelp page exists. They say they do management but every review in Google is only for purchasing or financing real estate. Yet daniel claims they manage 200 properties. He doesn’t know the CA rental code laws, and has no problem helping an owner break them rather than following the laws. Seems totally suspicious. Won’t give contact info which is illegal. Won’t call back about items that need action.

Daniel and his team made the process of buying extremely easy. As a first time home buyer, I appreciated how transparent, patient and helpful they were every step of the way! I will definitely be working with them again in the future!!

Working with Stephen Lee was such a pleasant experience for my husband and I! Ill save the details, but I had been having a hard time securing a place, but Stephen was so helpful and definitely went above and beyond for us!
