When I initially called I talked to Desire and she guided me through the options that best fit my budget and scenario. She was so helpful and a pleasure to talk with. Not the traditional review but here goes. Don and his guys did what many wouldn't, they intervened and stopped front porch package theft while working on a house down the street. My sister and I were touched by their act of kindness and heroism! Great guys! Trustworthy! Thanks! The world needs more of this!

Don and his crew did an excellent job on the repairing the roof of my home and cleaning out the gutter. Desire was also awesome in providing great customer coordinating service and providing prompt notifications for any changes in schedule. They are both super friendly and knowledgeable. I was amazed by the speed that they were able to complete the service and even provided me the completed work photos. As a bonus, Don was able to accommodate and help collected the "soils" from the roof for my plants. They provided an excellent service overall. I researched a lot of roofing companies, and we really wanted Vincent Roofing because of the solid reviews on Yelp.  We did have to wait a bit to get the work started due to scheduling, but WOW!  THEY ARE WORTH THE WAIT!  They were so communicative throughout the entire process as well, which we so appreciate.  They did the demo work on a Sunday, and were done in a week, and that's including some additional work that needed to be done that was revealed when they took out our old roof.  All these years, one of our bedrooms used to feel like a sauna during the late Spring and Summer, and a refrigerator in the Winter, and our garage was the same.  They told us that, basically, there was a layer that was missing all this time.  It sounds like the people who owned the house before us had cut corners.  After the roof was completed, we experienced this strange heat wave last week, and we noticed that the bedroom and garage that used to have temperature issues now feel completely normal, and the whole house stayed cool throughout the day.  My husband had also opted for the reflective shingles that help keep the house cool as well.  We are so happy with the work they've done and will recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of Vincent.  They replaced my 36 year old tar and gravel roof with beautiful shingles to include dry rot repair, gutters and down spouts and facia boards. They took no payment until the roof was completely done and we're very patient in describing the scope of work and ongoing progress.
