My daughter purchased a long sleeve sweatshirt for me while in Jackson Hole. I initially was in love as it was the SOFTEST fleece I've ever owned. That was is October and now, 3 months later you can see right through it! All the yummy flocking/fuzzy stuff has completely warn off. And yes, I am meticulous about reading washing labels...washed on cold and dried on medium heat,

Important Feedback Regarding Our Concern and Interaction with Techstyles Dear TechStyles Team and Community, I am writing on behalf of Dakota Air Parts to provide feedback on our recent collaboration with TechStyles. Initially, we were met with enthusiasm and professionalism. However, as our project developed, we encountered significant challenges, primarily in the realm of communication. Our project's nature required active and ongoing dialogue. Despite our efforts to engage, we observed a concerning pattern: only one employee, Ryan Gates, responded to our communications. The rest of the Techstyles management team remained notably silent. This lack of engagement from the broader team not only hindered the project's progress but also raised serious concerns about the company's commitment to collaborative problem-solving and professional standards. Effective communication, especially in times of difficulty or misunderstanding, is fundamental to successful business relationships. The absence of response from key members of your team, unfortunately, conveyed a lack of interest in resolving the issues that arose. This approach does not align with the standards of professionalism and cooperation we uphold at Dakota Air Parts. Given these experiences, we CANNOT recommend companies consider TechStyles as a vendor for their corporate outerwear and SWAG. Their inability to work through challenges and communicate effectively, particularly from a management level, is a significant concern. We believe it is imperative for a company to demonstrate a commitment to resolution and open dialogue, especially in challenging situations. We hope this feedback serves as a constructive insight for TechStyles, highlighting the importance of comprehensive engagement and communication from all levels of the team. I purchased a long sleeved shirt from this company. I was happy with it initially, then after one wash it faded terribly and the pink dye still rubbed off onto my other clothing (ruined my favorite pull-over hoodie. I contacted customer service and they never responded. Very dissatisfied with my purchase.
