        On a side street. Clean but prone to occasional water seepage over slightly raised unit floor. Never seen rodents but have seen evidence of them

        Well, items were ruined by rats & bugs. Now I have to buy a new couch. So you decide if that's a chance you want to take. I just found out there is a $500 max payout for vermin damage. PLUS a $100 deductible! Great a $4000 couch ruined and I get $400.
