Banners In Vinyl

I'm a professional graphic designer and needed to find a reliable custom vinyl banner printer for my clients. I stumbled across BannersInVinyl.com, and they seemed to offer everything I wanted. My first order was delivered extremely fast, made exactly to my specifications and was very reasonable priced. That was nine years ago. I was so impressed with their service I have since ordered a variety of different sized banners for a multitude of projects. Each time their banners came out amazing. The only issue I ever had was on one of my last orders the colors appeared off. As I didn't have another printed sample to compare colors, and because the project was on a strict timeline, I sent out the banners to my client and hoped they would be acceptable. They were at first, but when the client requested a re-run of the banners, we could see right away the difference between the old and new orders. The client obviously wanted the banners to look consistent, so I contacted Banners In Vinyl via email and asked if they could re-run the banners with the wrong colors at their cost. My email was answered by Ken, who said he would replace the old banners right away. In a matter of days I had the replacement banners in hand and they looked great!Ladies and gentlemen, THIS is how customer service is supposed to be!!! Suffice it to say that I will continue using Banners In Vinyl for all my banner needs, as well as continuing to recommend their services to anyone who needs high quality banners that are delivered quickly for a great price!.Thanks Ken!
