I had a meeting with a Kota sales representative today Skylar, and the presentation was pretty amazing with the tools/apps to break down costs, savings, and timelines. I was very impressed with his knowledge and all of the benefits of "going": solar, plus answers to all of my questions and concerns. Great job.

When I first wrote google review to complain their bad customer service, no one pick up the phone call or answer FB messager, their CEO Kole contacted me directly and sincerely apologized for the issue and made commitment to correct it immediately. Except that, the young sales Rep Matteo has good timely response always, and very good and clear communication. The two young guys who did my installation was fantastic and very good job! Also they agreed to monitor my production overtime and will address any issues if needed. So overall I'm satisfied for the service.
