Horrible service!! The lady scammed me for 300 dlls for basic tax prep after finding out what H&R charged me last year (That was the reason I didnt went back to H&R). She even messed up with the account number I filed for my tax return resulting in a delay of my tax return of two months!! I tried calling her to see if she could help me fix that situation and she even got the nerve to get mad. She should get her license revoked, scammers like that shouldn't be allowed anywhere near your tax returns. She said that she would call me back but guess what? She never did.
