Out of business at this at hayward location.Surprised when I drove by.Had bought three corvettes from them and was treated like a king. Sales person was Alex.A MAN OF HIS WORD, EXTRA MILE TO HELP CLOSE THE DEAL.

Bought Mustang convertible them 1.5 years ago. A car is still in great shape and financing terms were good as well. Highly recommend Hayward Showcase.

We purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer limited edition from this dealership and not even 2 days later the battery dies on the car and we called them and they stated that they would take care of the battery since we also purchased a warranty that we paid $3000 for. We submitted everything to them in several ways because the kept making excuses that they weren't received. The tires on the car were also pretty worn out so they stated that they would replace them for new tires if we purchased vehicle but we would need to return the next day. When we returned the next day they ended up replacing the tires for used tires instead of new and thought we wouldn't notice. Also the following three or four days after several things are already bad with the suv Several lights were turned on on the dashboard light sensors that weren't working and airbags that didn't read when somebody was sitting on the seat. Don't do business with these people because they will lie and make many claims they will help you and get the best deal but they are just scams.
