Won't be buying their medication any longer. Prazipro wiped out hundreds of dollars of fish in quarantine. When I emailed customer service about my concern they collected every bit of info they could about my tank conditions. I provided it including the exp and lot number of the bottle of Prazipro. I explained all fish were from different vendors and had gone through 30 days of QT with Copper dosing 14 out of those 30 days. Fish were very strong, alert, eating like pigs. I dosed Prazipro in freshly mixed saltwater exactly as the directions stated and all fish died within an hour. After testing the tank water myself and showing fish to local LFS, even they couldnt determine why they died and that it had to be the Prazipro as the fish looked 100% healthy and they even inspected the gills and there was nothing abnormal. Hikari customer service basically said it was my fault, not their product and they stopped responding to my email. I used to feed and medicate my fish with your products but no longer. Much better and safer products out there to use anyways.
