I met Angel Torres on 2/21/2024 for the disasters caused by roof leaking at the property in Concord, he tried his best to give me the earliest appointment, this is the 3rd time I have requested his services for different properties for past three years. Hes always reliable with professional knowledge in the restoration services. He has performed his expertise in every respect, so whoever use his service will get all the detailed information of the disaster site, and the causation report with all the related photos he has prepared will be highly honored by all the property owners and insurance companies. I really think anyone use his service will be worry free cause the way he handles the business just like his name Angel to relieve all the headaches/disasters/problems, etc. He also educated homeowners the knowledges to protect the properties from the further extensive damages. I feel blessings I could have chances meeting Angel to relieve all my burdens. I truly think he is the greatest asset to his company, hes very polite, patient so definitely his parents must be proud. Thank you Angel again, I know my burdens will be relieved the time when you go to the disaster site.

Had a major water flood in January 2024 that impacted 10 units in my building and I called 1800 water damage to assess the damage and begin remediationthey initially said they were busy that same day with other projects and wouldnt be able to make it till a few days later, but after I gently expressed urgency, they made the effort to work over the weekend and overtime to accommodate. The owner (I assumed was the owner) dispatched Angel and his team of two other guys. Angel brought proper equipment to show me the moisture levels hes looking at to determine where its best to place fans and dehumidifiers, and show how bad the damage was, and areas that was safe. He was extremely patient with educating me since I was very curious to learn their process, he kindly walked me through the equipment, how it works, how mold grows, what to be concerned with, what not to worry about What Im trying to say, when you experience a traumatizing event seeing your home flooded, and being completely clueless with the process on how to manage the situation being a new homeowner, Angel provided comfort with his patient and kind responses answering all questions and sharing his knowledge with being in the industry for 16 years or so (I forgot the exact number of years but it was significant). He never once showed annoyance or frustration while working the 10 units (with some difficult homeowners) + other projects. Another thing that I really appreciated is that they all wore shoe covers when entering the home, and I was pleasantly surprised that their fans and dehumidifiers looked brand new. Overall, Im grateful for the entire team as they worked hard, were kind and chill, and most importantly, honest.
