    Ol'girl could stand to be more professional. I was trying to book for a specific date and time. Emailed and she said she did have the time and she was sending me the link to schedule. I don't know how why I assumed it would be a link directly for the ti.e and date we had discussed. Cause why make it more difficult for your client's. She did not, sent me a link for a appointment a month away. I noticed immediately and sent her an email. She said I should have paid more attention when scheduling. I did let her know I would not be interested in coming on a different day. I asked for.my refund to which she replied "I don't do refunds, EVER!" I did let her know that I did not see the payment went through on my end. She was quick to let me know it we thru on her end! She was unwilling to work with me. I kept the appointment but wanted to change the services I had scheduled for. After sending that email letting her know I now only wanted a facial. Absolutely no response! I have called and texted to confirm my appointment with no response. Not my type of buisness woman. I will never go to see her. With her nasty attitude and unwillingness to make things right with me. Ugh, not goin now I feel like she is petty af!

At first I wanted to go for a facial to try but ended up to try other things as well like waxing. Shes trying to have more options in the future like Pilates. 10/10 recommend

Hi Keesha! Thank you so much for your review about your experience with me. I do disagree with many things you have shared and want to go over them to clarify.To start, my name is Dominique and not "ol girl", so please come correct when addressing me. I did not disrespect you, even though you were very rude, so no need to take things there.On February 22nd you reached out to me via email for a same day appointment. I replied within a timely manner to let you know that I was booked for the day but had one opening for the next day. We confirmed the time would work and I advised you that all booking is done online and sent the booking link to you. I also stated in that email that the time slot would close in 15 minutes because I do not hold appointments for anyone and a deposit is required to book your appointment. I gave detailed information regarding this and that the booking confirmation would contain all location information, contact information, etc. I reached out to confirm that you still wanted to book and did not receive a reply back. You booked the appointment outside of the 15 minute window for a completely different day and time and never reached out until 8am the next morning. By then, someone else booked the appointment as is the case because I book quickly. You replied with "I thought I scheduled for today at 10? It says March 4? I need to be seen today!". I reminded you about the email with very detailed instructions that the window to book would be 15 minutes and after that I could not hold the time slot. You also booked the appointment which requires you to select a date, time and pay your deposit. Why select a date and time that you did not want without reaching out to confirm BEFORE scheduling the appointment? You also have to click "I agree" next to 6 policies that are very clear about refunds, booking, etc. This is to ensure efficiency and remove any confusion when booking and that clients are reading carefully when booking. After another 15 emails back and forth and me trying to accommodate you, you did not reply to my last email and then rescheduled your appointment twice to 2 different dates and times.I am a one-woman show and cannot reply to you within 30 seconds which seemed to be your expectation. I set up automated systems for a seamless and smooth booking experience but it does require some reading and critical thinking on your end. You were made aware of my booking policies, refund policy and I did everything I could to remedy the situation. Also, the number is a landline so you cannot text me there, I won't receive it.You received a confirmation email on how to make changes and how to contact, etc, and you also received the same information when you rescheduled your appointment TWICE, you also get a reminder email with details 12, 48 and 72 hours prior to your appointment. I will apologize for not replying back to your email request to change to just a facial. I was out on vacation for my kids spring break last week and forgot to turn on my away message. You were a bit demanding in your emails and we never got to meet in person but I do not tolerate disrespect of any kind, especially if I was nothing but professional and kind to you. You have to keep in mind you are not the only client looking to book, most businesses have policies and guidelines for reasons such as this. I will cancel your appointment for you, since it is still on the schedule.I hope that you take care!
