This branch has been open on Saturdays. Well I went today to do some banking and they are closed. I reached out to a friend who works for wells and he said they are no longer open on Saturdays and they had notifications posted.We're these notifications mixed i with the other 28 notification posted on poorly printed 8.5x11" papers in several languages that no joke reads ? Do you think a verbal reminder from the tellers could have been part of the reminders about something so significant ? Maybe "don't forget starting xxxxx date we will no longer be open on Saturdays " Oh, but there is the Pinole location where the stickers on the door says SAT 9-6 when in reality they actually close at 12.Wells Fargo is becoming nothing but a disappointment just like every other major business we are pigeon holed into using.

This was my first time at this branch to meet with a banker to speak about an issue I was having with my account. I went in very frustrated but with the help I received from Andrés Orduno(I believe that is how you spell his last name)  I walked out very happy and satisfied with the service I received. He was very helpful in resolving my issue and very patient throughout the whole process.

This place always quick but I gave it one star because of the taller who speak Arabic and her manager wells fargo got to be shame of them telling me I can't get my avaliable balance until she says Monday and he say Tuesday while other wells fargo branch gives it immediately
