        Had my third training with Stephen yesterday. Feel the PERFECT amount of sore. These workouts are amazing. Easy on my joints, intense enough to make you feel the pump, and best of all, BRIEF! 25 min workout and I feel like I was there for over an hour. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to go easy on their knees, back, and shoulders, to give this a try. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! I approached this with a WHOLE lot of skepticism, and I assume anyone reading this probably is as well...all I can say is that it is definitely worth a try out if you are debating. You won't regret it!
