    Ive been working with Shad as my personal trainer for almost a year now and could not be happier with my experience. Ive trained with several individuals over the years and can say, without reservation, that Shad is as good as they come. Prior trainers have been helpful, but I ultimately felt like they were going through the motions with me. Shads passion for his clients clearly shows through and every session feels fresh and clearly tailored for me. As Im getting older I realized I needed someone to focus on whats important for me at this stage in my life (and fitness level). Shad is so knowledgeable about fitness, health and nutrition, and I know Im getting the best workout/health advice out there, specifically tailored for me. I will reiterate what I think everyone in their reviews has said he cares. Hes attentive when Im there and also when Im not crafting workouts for when Im traveling or need something different at the gym. His attention to detail is unmatched. I knew from the moment I went in for my first meeting that he was the right fit. He pushes me hard, but its exactly what I need. I would highly recommend Shad for the perfect mix of motivation, passion, knowledge and being an all-around good guy whose genuine desire to make you better clearly shows.

    If you live in Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes or Redondo Beach, you have to call Shad Hart Fitness! He is hands down the best personal trainer in the South Bay. I met Shad because my sister hired Shad Hart to create a prenatal fitness plan for her and I ended up working with him to regain the health I lost through illness and injury. Shad has a heart of gold. He cares deeply about his clients and does everything he can to provide a safe and motivational environment for real change to occur. Shad understands that health needs to be about more than the body. At times it feels like the best therapy anyone could ask for and at times Shad knows when to push me a little harder than Id push myself. I know he is a top level athletic trainer and has worked with celebrities and Olympic athletes but whats really great about Shad is that he makes everyone around him feel valued and important regardless of career. Private training with Shad Hart changed the course of my life and made me a better person for my family, friends and everyone I meet.

    Shad Hart is the BEST private fitness trainer in the Southbay (Hermosa / Manhattan Beach) Area! He is incredibly professional - always on time with a positive attitude and an amazing workout planned. I have had some bad experiences with trainers who didn't really know what they were doing - who ended up injuring me. In contrast Shad is extremely conscious of my posture and positioning for every exercise. I had been having trouble with my wrists due to carpal tunnel and tendonitis from working on a computer all day and he was so careful to accomodate and adjust my training. Now my wrists are so much stronger from our workouts that the pain has almost completely gone away. He is a miracle worker and I highly recommend him!
