South Bay Plumbing and Heating

I can't say enough about this company. Jay took the time to return my call after hours and didn't want to leave me hanging. He sent two of his crew out the next day to check everything out to see if I had a leak ( from a unusually high water bill ) Matthew explained everything in thorough detail and was very professional. Their charge was fair and I didn't feel like I was gouged like so many other experiences from other plumbers. I highly recommend this co. and will let all of my friends and neighbors know about them.

Had a sump pump fail early in the morning during the tail end of a rainstorm and more heavy rain was predicted within 48 hours. These guys showed up fast and they had the sump pump diagnosed, replaced, and up and running before the big storms hit. I had previously used them and was happy with their responsiveness then. This latest event cemented things- I don;t think I will ever use anyone else! Service: Sump pump repair

We have had South Bay Plumbing and Heating come to our home 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Each time a new issue. They called back immediately and assured us they would come the day we called. The work, the care they took inside our home, the price and the consideration they took in explaining everything to us was top notch. Matt was at our home for all 4 jobs and Jay, the owner, came to check and work on the sewer issue. Both excellent! We had dirty sewage overflow in one bathroom, back up in the sewer line, and broken pipe in the kitchen - all of which got taken care of within hours of our phone calls.
