Went to this location on Sunset Blvd. The post says they close at 6 pm. i arrived at 4pm however the gate leading to the office was locked. i called, and no one answered, but the open sign was on

Terrible, especially Lanila Rivera. I filed my taxes online and they were sent to this office. There was an apparent mistake and I still have no answers months later. It is very hard to get in contact with anyone at this office. I have had them simply hang up on me on several occasions rather than transfer my calls. With every call regarding the issue I have always been told I would recieve a call back. Over a month later and many calls I have never recieved a single call back from this office. Go anywhere else but here for your taxes. They will NOT help you!
