The only bad thing I would say about the experience is they never have enough checkers at the end when you're paying, and you have to stand in line and wait and a lot of girls are just walking and wondering around and you would think they'd be able to help. It would be great for them to take the money at the hair place so they can check you out like it's the other Ulta's I have been to.
