        The front desk service at this hotel was very poor. When I called to inquire about the lost and found department, the staff said a website link, but I couldn't hear it clearly. So, I politely asked if he could repeat it, but he impatiently repeated it with annoyance. Still struggling to hear, I asked him if he can spell it out for me. He audibly sighed, remained silent for a long moment, and then begrudgingly spelled the website address.
