You don't even need to come to this office! They have a 'skeleton crew' working here, you can go online or call the agency and skip this harassment.
My elderly family member came her for information and they just took advantage of her ignorance. I was able to call Farmers my self and secure a better package deal for my family. I highly suggest you do the same.

Im not sure if its the owner of the building, or the manager of this business, but whoever is in charge is leading a very miserable group of people. Theyre gonna profile you and give you limited options on what you can do with the insurance. You better off going somewhere else will there actually take care of you and give you full options and availability. These heartless group of people work like computer drones and will take advantage of you.
