I absolutely would not recommend this insurance agent. I have been a Farmers customer for over 20 years. I definitely think Farmer's is a good company. In my case, I recently added some policies to a property in SF and used another Farmer agent that knew that area. My primary residence is in Long Beach. Chris of Diane Adam's office informed me that I would not be able to receive the multi-policy discount unless all policies were though Diane's office. This is simply not true. I will be changing to another Farmer's agent.

Diane has been handling our insurance for years. She has been very good at explaining the various options and cost associated with the coverage. I am getting ready to sign up for Medicare and Diane has already gone over the best options with me and will walk me through the process when I sign up.

Diane Adams and her team have been so helpful with my insurance needs. The staff is very kind and personable and always take time to explain all of my options. They are always there for any questions or changes I might have with my policies, and respond promptly to my requests.

Asked for some help with my expiring policy and ZERO response. Customer service is kind of important, ignoring your clients is not a winning formula, pathetic!

Increbile service. Diane and her team really do a good job of focusing on the needs of the clients. If you are having trouble finding a good insurance agency go with Diane Admas Insurance, you want be disappointed.
