Dr. Joshua is the best dentist. I truly mean this from the bottom of my heart. Im very sensitive, when anesthetic is being done, for some reason I wait to feel the pain, I have a hard time relaxing and the nurse in the past had to hold my hand . This is obviously after bad experiences, other doctors hit a nerve or something, I dont know.. but Dr. Joshua is nothing but the best. I swear for the first time I believe that some doctors have a gentle hand that never made sense to me until I met Dr. Joshua. I get really nervous going to dentist appointments, in the past additional anesthetic was used or I had to cancel appointments but while Dr Joshua is there, Ill make sure to show up. The staff here deserves praise for their customer service, they are so attentive and treat me like if Im family. When by husband first told me about this office I was quick to judge the appearance of this office ( just a bit vintage) I have private insurance, so I get to chose my doctor, but while is clean and the service is top notch, theres nothing else that matters most.
