        This place is literal trash. Booked a flight and the agents failed to notify that our flight was cancelled. Meanwhile Alex was on vacation, he was irresponsible with our time and money invested into his flight booking. Then he didnt want to refund lost money for unprofessional administration. If a flight is cancelled we should be notified by phone or at least email. But no email or anything was recieved and they didnt even know our flight was cancelled until we called and had no flight to attend. Waste of time and money and on top of that stress to fix and areange new plans. Dont trust people people who try to get out of a situation they should be responsible for.
