        Mr. Benoit is the kind of mechanic everyone should be lucky to work with. Hes honest, communicative and came highly recommended to work on my VW. He deserves both 5 stars and maybe a vacation day or two.

        Presumptuous and rude. I called asking about bringing an old hybrid to the shop to do a pre purchase inspection, and within a minute of the call, Bill was judgmental and insulting. "Maybe you have a bunch of kids and are divorced?" based solely on the fact that I'm in the market for a cheap car. Sorry not everyone drives luxury cars. Ruined my day and I am still angry thinking about it.

        If you own a German car you need to get to know William.  I've known him and been acquainted with his mechanical aptitude since 1986, which has only steadily improved since then.  If you drive a German car ,go see him.
