I should had read the reviews, lesson learned.This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The location is so Ghetto,homeless camp right next door. They charged my card after I repeatedly asked them to charge another card. I get them to charge the other card and they said they would remove the charge for the other card. A week later both cards are charged, they still have not removed the charge. I have been charged twice for one room 859.42 x2= 1718.84. We only stayed in one room. I was charged twice for one room. I am so upset they made vacation the worst trip ever. When we got there it took two days to get towels. They told us we would get them the day we checked in, that the towels where not ready. When we asked at the front desk for two days we where told they did not have access to the linen closet. Cockroaches in the hotel. Someone got stuck in the elevator while we where there. What a nightmare. The staff are friendly but the manager is snaughty. Crazy, I will never go to another Wingate by Wyndham. if I could rate it it would be zero stars. I am a very patient person but this is extreme!!! I spoke with another manager he said his name was corey he reassured me the second charge would be removed. It is sill on my credit card over a week later. We ended up having to stay one more night due to a late arrival, we stayed at a Motel 6 so awesome!!! Much cheaper clean rooms great staff. Do not recommend this place.

This place is a dive. Huge black stains in all the carpet, all beat up. Middle of nowhere, with no options for food or other services. After we check in and wait and wait and wait for the shuttle we get delivered to this dump and then find out their shuttle service back to airport doesn't. Start until 9am- well after our flight leaves. What a mess. Don't rent here. Not to mention was cheaper online until I added 2 kids and price want up by 40 for the night. Not walkable. Not nice rooms. A dump.
