    Very poor pickup experience at LAX and dealing with customer service. When making the reservation, pointed out that flyer had GOES and would be through passport and customs control quickly. This fact, and that passenger was coming in from an international flight on United was shown on 1800Fly1800 confirmation, along with a scheduled landing at terminal 7. When passenger arrived, there was no one waiting for the meet and greet for which passenger paid. Called company and they said it was a really busy time of the day for them (so, why didnt they have more people on duty?) and they would get in touch with driver, as well as remove the meet and greet charge. Over one-half hour and several calls went by before driver contacted passenger and stated he was at Bradley Terminal, not Terminal 7, or Terminal 6 where Uniteds international flights landing at Terminal 7 exit. It took another 10-15 minutes before the driver actually picked up passenger and luggage. Called 1800Fly1800 numerous times and 4 days later was finally was able to speak to a manager to complain about sub-standard service. Manager initially claimed that driver was at right terminal since all international flights went to Bradley. Simply not true. Every international United flight that passenger has ever taken into LAX has come into Terminal 7, where the passengers exit the internationals arrivals hall in Terminal 6. Manager said she would take off the meet and greet charge. Passenger informed manager that that charge should have already been removed as per conversation with company dispatcher on night of arrival. Had passenger not called company to speak to manager would this charge have been removed? Passenger stated that, because of the approximate 45 minute delay, more should be offered by way of compensation. Manager stated that the gratuity would also be taken off the charge since it was the drivers fault. Passenger balked at this approach since it was not clear what the drivers instructions were from 1800Fly1800 since the manager believed that all international flights into LAX arrive at Bradley. Passenger believes that company should take responsibility for the unacceptable delay and not just blame it on and penalize the driver.

    Driver went to wrong terminal, leaving my family with small child waiting for forty minutes after a five hour international flight. He confessed it was his first time to the airport. I specifically booked this service so I would avoid the hassle of uber or taxi line at LAX. Car was filthy. Seatbelt didnt work for me in the middle seat. Suspension was a joke on the car. The guy did not know how way around the airport exit - we had to direct him all the way home. Things happen, but the managers lack of professional resolution to the matter - You couldve taken a different service was the icing on the cake. Avoid !
