The Alton Apartments

I just moved in literally 3 days ago and I am already IN LOVE with my new apartment. They have thought of absolutely everything from what's in the unit to the parking located on each floor. I am in love with my new home and am so so so happy- I am also very picky and moved from a luxury building in DTLA and this building is better. Love the ceiling fans!

I had the pleasure of working with Dylan, who graciously understood my health issues and concerns and has made our transition here incredible. I have been nothing, but impressed and grateful of the staff, quality of the apartment, upkeep, etc. Thank you SO much to Mike, Dylan, Julia, Kelli, Luis, Humberto and anyone I accidentally missed. I have been a mess since losing my dog of 12 yo + my movers could not have made said move any less of a nightmare. I can't say enough good things about you and thank you for your support especially during this time.

Referred by The Kelvin management team (which has an equally glam feel but just didn’t have the bedroom size I was actually seeking in the unit type I needed) and fell in love. Best part for me is they offer a no carpet layout! As soon as I walked in I felt right at home! Kellie was super sweet, professional, and made me feel welcome. Dylan presented very well(good looking guy for sure😁), he was kind and eager to assist during my entire application process. Keep up the great work guys!
