        I called for help with a question about the treasury direct form, and I got hung up on by Ekta. I've been a multiyear-long customer, so I feel disappointed to receive this kind of customer service from a bank that I have historically had a good relationship with. I understand people have bad days and working in customer service is a tough job (I've been there), but hanging up on a customer is a bit over the line. I'll continue to support the branch, but I hope something like this doesn't happen again. Edit: I received a call back with a much more delightful and supportive customer service experience. Updating my review to reflect my overall experience. Thank you for clarifying my confusion, Ekta.
