I recommend Dr Rice to all my family and friends, he will take care of any problems you have with your teeth. Dr Rice is perfectionist to the highest degree.         Taylor Rice is the best dentist in Southern California. The staff and hygienists are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have continuously exceeded my expectations for oral care and I wouldnt trust my teeth with anyone else .
