I set up an appointment for my three kids.  Once my appointment got set, 3 weeks after I called to set up the appointment, I was called the day before their appointment to reschedule their appointment for the following week.  Today, I get a call confirming the rescheduled appointment, I went ahead and confirmed the appointment.  Now, just hours before the business day is over, and just 2 hours after they called to confirm, I get another call indicating they need to reschedule all three kids again.Like most parents, I have a very busy work schedule but twice now, I have had to reschedule meetings to accommodate the dentist appointments.  The person on the phone tried to reschedule the appointment for the following day.  I am done with this dentist's office, they are not reliable.  If you want a reliable dentist that does'nt keep rescheduling, LOOK ELSEWHERE!

This place must have changed owners. It used to be Korean run and was good. Now it's just horrible. Staff don't even address customers by their name. Severely short on staff and the doctor ended up cleaning my teeth, but with brute force and not much skill. The receptionist didn't know what she was doing when booking appointment. After almost a decade, I am going somewhere else for dental care.

Poorly ran. Do not waste your time. They change staffs like they change clothes, unprofessional scheduling. And that's not even all. It's been a nightmare.The ONLY person that's been consistent with genuine care and effort is Farbad.

They charge my mom for an x-ray and then exam when they weren't supposed to. She has asked for her refund it's almost been a month and he won't even give her back her $65. Take me to get a stable doctor
