This store washes and oxidized the buttons on my new clothes, and this one is very expensive, which makes me very angry and sad.

Complete lack of transparency in pricing. They dont tell you the price when dropping off your clothes. Once you come back they charge whatever price they feel like. Laundry used to be $2.00 has suddenly become $4.30 and I did not even bother to ask the price of Dry cleaning.

Good Service, a few days turn around and they also do alterations! If you didn't know it was there, you would miss it - close to AAA and Starbucks. They always have a smile on their face and are open 7 days a week! Hands down West Park cleaners are one of the best local cleaners in our area.

I have been using this place for many years and have been generally OK with them. However, recently I had a negative experience with their service.
Recently they gave a wrong shirt back to me among other dry cleaned shirts. I took the wrong shirt back to them right away and gave them the details of the shirt I was missing. They said that they would get back to me by the following Monday. They never did. A couple of weeks passed by and when I was there to give them a new batch of shirts, I told them that they never got back to me on the missing shirt. They looked up my account and said that there is no mention of the missing shirt (that I had reported to them). I asked them what can you guys usually do in these cases. I was told that I had to stop by and see the owner at a certain time the following day. I had to work the following day and asked them for another time. But they said that the owner doesn't have a set schedule that he is available at the store. They only gave me his first name as Sam and no phone number. Completely unwilling to accommodate.
I find their handing of their mistake unacceptable. I will look elsewhere for dry cleaning service.
