On the day of delivery, your son contacted us around 3:00 pm to inquire about the expected delivery. He mentioned that he would be leaving within 15 minutes and that no one would be home to receive the delivery, and expressed worries that an arrangement being left at the door could possibly be stolen. Given this information, we rescheduled his delivery to be the last of the day, ensuring it would coincide with his return home to prevent any potential issues with the package being left unattended in his building. Our driver had to extend their shift to accommodate this special arrangement, waiting patiently to personally deliver the flowers to your son upon his arrival home. While we strive to accommodate our customers' needs, rush delivery services are available at an additional fee, allowing for specific delivery time requests. Unfortunately, a 15-minute notice at the last moment is too brief for us to make such accommodations, as outlined in our policy section on our website. Despite having numerous other orders to fulfill, we made every effort to meet your needs, prioritizing your son's delivery at the expense of our driver's time.It's important to communicate any special delivery requirements or time constraints in advance so that we can provide the best possible service. We understand that this situation may have been frustrating, but we kindly request that you consider the circumstances before attributing a 1-star rating to our service.
