        Fred is very knowledgeable and patient in providing details on the pieces I brought, and most importantly has a dry sense of humor which is always appreciated. He was very upfront and fair, and certainly educated me by pulling up information online to show me how he substantiates his appraisals. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone that has jewelry to sell/appraise.
