Josh, CJ and the rest of The Finance of America Mortgage team made my first time purchasing a house a wonderful experience. I truly couldnt imagine having anyone else but Josh being my point of contact through the whole process. Josh was an excellent communicator with me, with the escrow company and with the sellers agent. He patiently explained to me what he needed from me every step of the way and reassured me this is normal, dont stress. I loved how simple their Floify program was to E-sign since I was traveling during most of the process. My wife and I were first time home buyers near the beginning of Covid 19. Chris was a great help, he answered all my questions (and I tend to ask a lot). He helped us understand the process and the numbers, cognoscente that buying a home is a huge commitment. I was shopping around and dealing with a couple other mortgage brokers at the time. I found others wanted me to go through the motions, telling me "I didn't need to worry about that, we will take care of it later". Well, I wanted to understand the details of my financial commitment sooner rather than later. So thanks to Chris, we had the comfort and support to close on our first home (all done remotely btw).
