Dr. Jui is AMAZING! She performance a broken root removal on me and it was painless AND I did not experience that normal pain that usually happens after the numbness wears out. She is one of the best oral surgeons I 've ever known. If too you are looking for the best,look no further.

Horrible. I've waited 2 weeks for the MRI paperwork for my daughter to be corrected to fulfill her MRI. I have not gotten a call back on evaluation consult of my daugthers wisdom teeth either. But I paid for consult on TMJ and Wisdom teeth. The Dr even kept my CD and no calls back no updates nothing. I called today and was told they were waiting for me to come back to talk to me about Wisdom teeth.. no call me I paid for that and you didn't review in office stating you had trouble pulling up the disc I handed you so you kept it. The right thing to do is call me after you fixed MRI paperwork so I could fall and schedule correctly and also call me with the wisdom tooth details as seen on disc of images. None of this was done. Appointment originally seen was on the 5th.. it's been weeks. Out $300 & still working on what you asked me to do but submitted incorrectly and did not follow up or through. So disappointing! Still waiting for my wisdom teeth update... smh!
