We ordered shutters and shades from EJ and the entire process was seamless. We got several quotes and Eric was the most thorough, patient, and fair. He updated us throughout the entire process and also followed up to make sure we were happy with the end result. Installation was also super quick. We had 10 windows and the installer was here for not even two hours. They also hauled away our old blinds and didn't leave any sort of mess behind. The quality is unmatched and the service and professionalism are outstanding.

I reached out to multiple shutter companies with my window dimensions and photos asking for quotes. EJ's Home Improvements was the ONLY company that stayed true to their word and offered the same price as their online quote (which was extremely competitive compared to other companies). All the other companies increased their quotes after doing an in-person inspection despite the window dimensions being the same. After my shutters were installed, Eric the owner reached out to me asking if I was 100% satisfied with my shutters. I mentioned some smudge marks on the shutters and without hesitation he sent over his team to clean them to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Professional, diligent, and efficient. We are extremely satisfied with our new shutters. Without a doubt, I highly recommend EJ's Home improvements for any service.
