This is for all the skeptics out there like myself I have decided to add my 2 cents. So a friend of mine has been going to this light therapy place for a while now and has been telling me all about it. I am extremely skeptical a non believer but he kept saying how the atmosphere is really nice and calming and relaxing and so on and so forth. I thought why not and went My experience was surprisingly everything my friend told me about and then some I felt something good in certain areas of my body, the therapist explained to me that those chakras were attracted to the lights and starting to respond. I have to say I am going back. There is definitely something to this light therapy ! And the lady is very nice.
My friend was rite.

Wow what an overall calming and relaxing experience I have been searching for somewhere to have my chakras balanced with light therapy now that I have found this studio. I will be going back for more ! The owner is very sweet and comforting and that makes all the difference when lookhing for someone to help you.

I didn't realize how much I needed this experience my mother has been going here and told me about how it's been helping her. I decided to go because nothing else has helped me. Wow I felth the dfierance it's acually helping I didn't realize how much I needed this it's a soothing and peaceful experience. I want everyone to know about Chakra light healing go feel it for yourself.

I'm so excited that there is a chakra light studio in Sacramento the studios very calming and relaxing I left there feeling amazing I'll definitely recommend this studio to others and the owner is awesome she's kind makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed a very caring person such a great experience.
