I would definitely would prefer to stay here than any other place in FT HL, unless they start letting TPU annual training Soldiers stay in civilian housing. Comfortable beds, adequate internet that is great for work but iffy for console gaming. Comfortable recliner, soft carpet, small mini-kitchen with gas range oven, private entrance, and flat screen TVs with cable TV. Very close to the PX, Commissary, and Hacienda. Staff is incredibly helpful and cheery. Negative stuff: paper thin walls, outdated appliances, no hardwired ethernet outlet, just laggy free WiFi that expires every day at midnight and no option to purchase faster speeds to play games or watch HD streaming videos. Only two sets of washers and dryers for all tenants. Washers and dryers are over 15 and 20 years old. Compared to current modern hotel appearances and amenities, this one is way behind the curve and is more like a Motel...but it's the best and most preferred place to stay.

The staff are very friendly and always willing to assist. The kitchenette is great to have, especially when staying over a lengthy time. The room is outdated, which is being upgraded in near future. I would stay there again.
