Checking out the area and maybe a future temporary place....they look rundown...the trash was more than overflowing...and the parking is questionable....

You know Ive just been trying to have an open mind and give this place a few more trys. But enough is enough. The management is beyond rude/incompetent and entirely inappropriate. My niece had gone into the office for a question and they heard the lady at the desk talking about her sexual relations. Absolutely disgusting. Apartment windows are rusty and broken with holes in the window screens. Almost died of a heat stroke in the summer because I couldnt leave my window open for 2 reasons (Broken & Bugs would just come in through the holes). Doesnt even stay open, just slams shut. Lights shut off out of nowhere, quite a few times now (Morning & Night). Was late for work because my clock turned off and inconveniently stops me from working on my laptop. Not going to even mention how high the rent is here for a small apartment (Literally). 2 people cannot walk through my own hallway, its tight even for one person, its absolutely absurd. And the gym? Disgusting and filthy. Once saw a diaper in the trash which caused the whole room to smell like feces. And the children play in the gym constantly, throwing trash around and playing with the weights (Which goes up to 150 if Im not mistaken). Dangerous and just disregarding if a child smashes their hand in there. Also forgot to mention the abundance of cars just parked everywhere on the side of the rode and in a dirt parking lot (Absolute eyesore), have to struggle to park every single day. Have been stressfully looking for new apartments. Hope you enjoy your stay here!
