He was prompt. And it was very quick to diagnose. He said it needs a motor and module and the module is part of the motor. He quoted me $1185. I asked him how much was parts and how much was labor and he said parts were $700. So when I question that labor was going to cost $485 for an hours work he said thats just the contract price. I asked him for an invoice, And handed me a paper with just the price on it and thats all. I asked him to write down how much is parts and how much is labor And he wrote $700 for a motor WITH module, and then listed module again for $275!
When I question that he told me they were separate parts. He was trying to justify that $475 labor by throwing in modular twice. To me it was completely dishonest, he was very hesitant in answering my questions because he Was trying to backpedal. Too shady. The guy that used to run this company was honest and efficient. Needless to say, I went with a different company

Great service. Total Air came out on fixed my AC and now it's blowing ice cold. I highly recommend them. Ben was very friendly and the price was great.
