This is the place for real customer service!  I came in to buy new boots last week and Craig S. spent more than an hour talking boot technology with me, answering every question I could possibly throw out, doing a very comprehensive sizing, and then getting me matched up with the perfect pair.  Today, I returned to have custom insoles made for the boots (which, BTW, come with a $100 discount if you buy boots here), and Craig again spent more than an hour with me for the precision insole fitting, plus about 30 minutes of careful work behind the scenes cutting, shaping, and polishing up the insoles and the boot liners themselves.  All told, he gave me nearly three hours of personalized service.  Try finding that at REI or just about any other store out there!  These guys know how to treat the customer!
