There was no way our bathroom was cleaned prior to us. There was hair in shower and pee at bottom of toilet. Stuff on shower walls.
The overnight manager was helpful and did give me a reduction on cost. All other front staff were busy socializing amongst themselves. The breakfast was a joke everything warm was always out and they lady running it was rude and closed up prior to their ending time.
