        The LDPOA is an awesome perk for owners in the subdivision. There is a seasonal pool, a gym open daily, a lending library, 2 halls to rent for large and small events, a commericial sized kitchen and 2 apartments that can be rented by the night or week. Gorgeous venue. You do not even have to be an owner to rent the halls or apartments. The ladies in the office are very helpful with any questions you might have.
