I needed a CA attorney to help me fight an unfair work injury case. Shon was extremely prompt on returning my call. He also took the time to go back to his office and arrange a Saturday phone conference call. He keeps me informed as needed as the case is still rolling. I highly recommend him.

Unfortunately I was not happy with the outcome of my case.  I asked Shon Jeng to make a certain settlement offer to the Defense team,  he did not and was not forthcoming about his communications with them purposely keeping me out of the loop.  Seemingly more concerned about protecting their assets (he used to be a defense attorney) then listening to and fighting for me his client.  To say that he did something that the other attornies "couldn't"  do is bogus. I was already in settlement phase.  He did what was easiest for him.  He made an offer I did not authorize and told the defense to hurry up and accept it before I figured it out..  He purposely kept me out of the negotiation so he could close the case with the offer he made.  Unethical!

I had to seek legal aide due to an unfortunate incident that occurred at a place I used to work at.
