        I stopped by for a quick tour, I need to rent space for a startup I want to launch and was pleasantly surprised by this location. I appreciate the floor to ceiling privacy of each suite, cleanliness and fresh renovation of the interior. The inviting interior should be very welcoming for my prospective clientele and look forward to opening shop asap. The spacious parking lot is exactly what I was hoping for. A big plus for me is the convenient location to two popular coffee shops just a fews blocks over. Anxiously waiting on approval of my rental application. Total recommend.
