No greeting, lady seemed to be in a bad mood. Ordered Grande cold coffee, but was served a small size in a "Grande Size Cup" instead because I asked for no ice since I have sensitivity to cold...lady said cus it had no ice they give me less...never was served a smaller size just cus I didn't want ice in my drink?!
Imagine if I wanted a small coffee? That would be half of the cup, but you still pay for the size you asked for.
I was just there last week & come here at different times during the week cuz it's close to my job & I order the same kind & size coffee, didn't happen!...

From my visits, every employee has been respectfully kind. Sometimes you'll have to wait a bit but that doesn't bother me.
