I came to get my booster shot The email said to check in 15min prior to my appointment and I arrived exactly 15min prior to my appointment. The pharmacy staff said I came early and was rude about it. I got JJ for my first shot and got Moderna for my booster. It doesnt count the second shot as my booster in Germany. Thats the reason why I had to come to get the second Moderna which this staff questioned about it and she didnt even know how long one has to wait for the next shot. I checked in finally after standing in line for awhile when no one was there. She said to sit down and wait to be called. I asked her where to go, she stared at me and just pointed where instead of speaking to me. I found that very rude! I wont be coming here anymore!

Website says Covid testing results within 48 hours. In actuality it is 3-5 days. But they dont tell you that when youre getting tested.

Pharmacy is extremly slow.. only one person serving everyone .. it took 45 min to pickup my prescription.

Told me to sit on the chair and they will work on the prescription. after 30 min. I checked with them and they forgot about me and the prescription. This place is a joke
