        admitting desk clerk was the worst unhelpful apathetic shut the door on us. and would scream at patien unprofessional and unethical receptionist lady.

        Worst ever I'm in unbearable pain still haven't been seen ER says wait time 46 min been here 3 hours no acknowledge why won't someone help?

        Both times I have been here I only waited about 20 minutes to be called back. Nurses were wonderful. Was seen by Dr. Jagoda both times I was in the ER and she was amazing. She made sure my pain and nausea was taken care of and all my questions answered. I wish all doctors were like her

        How is this an emergency room yet you can not be helped because theyre too busy. operator by far the most rude individual I have ever came across. Shouldn't be working in an emergency room. Again too busy but not busy enough to answer phones??? Hmmm do your job!
