        She was very nice and knowledgable in the first meeting. I realized when I left that I didn't know her readings, my doshas, her diagnosis. She texted doshas that I had never been given before. I asked about it. She texted back, what was I implying? I texted back I intended no disrespect, I was just wanted to understand. She sent me to her generic website quiz which I took and it yielded my original doshas. I texted her the results and never heard from her again.

        I went for a 7 day postnatal massage and Dr Sonika was kind enough to explain everything and also the massage was so good that I feel way better now. She considers all pain points and works accordingly. She also gave a massage to my baby and also taught us how to do it at home. I was also provided with herbs to boost lactation. Would return and I definitely recommend this place.

        I went to see Dr.Sonika for my health issues and was looking for a more holistic, balanced approach to my health mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. She listened to all of my concerns and gave guidance on what would be best for my Dosha. She did the Shirodhara on me and it was THE MOST RELAXING treatment for my mind and body! I highly recommend Dr.Sonika if youre looking for a caring, kind, and an experienced Ayurvedic doctor!

        My daughter has been seeing her for 1.5 years, and I've seen tremendous improvements that we did not see with conventional medicine. Sonika is very responsive and easy to reach. Would highly recommend.

        Sonika is simply the best. I spent a month coming here for post-natal massage. She gives attention to detail when adjusting various parts of the body and massaging in a way that can actually help your pain points feel better. Not only I feel fantastic but I also have maintained fexibility. She also showed me how to massage babies. I'd also like to mention that she is also a great listener :). I highly recommend and will definitely be returning for more massages.
