Dr. Torabi, has no patience with kids (patients) even when theyre not moving and are cooperating, its common kids will cry as they are scared. But as soon as kids start crying he starts complaining to parent and kid saying such thing as thats why your kid is like that because they want all the attention. Even though patient is cooperating. He was rude and unprofessional complaining about patient although patient was cooperating.

So far terrible experience from the staff and medical providers. Having to call them to check on my referral to find out they filled out the wrong information and when my insurance returned the forms for corrections they did nothing until I called a week and a half later to then again incorrectly fill out the referral. Mind you the doctor was the one who told staff to put it out urgently. Considering paying out of pocket to see a more qualified practice.

My son has been having recurrent tonsil problems when antibiotics started not helping urgent care and his pediatrician said it was urgent for him to see ENT to remove them we got our authorization on October they gave us an appointment till 1/24 we showed up to the appointment he spent 2 to 5 minutes with us and said yeah they are big let's do allergy testing for shots I try to explain that he has been in a lot of pain all the antibiotics doctors have tried him now having hearing problems out of right ear he walked out i thought he was coming back but no I was walked out to the front desk to make appointment I was shocked that night my son had a fever all night the next day we went to urgent care and the doctor asked why nothing was given to him long story my son now has lost 40% of his hearing in his right ear and are now being treated at children's hospital in San Diego for his surgery I have made an official complaint with insurance he is horrible and staff is rude

First - be sure you read all of the terrible reviews for this office/practice. Wow! Shockingly poor office conditions, staff, etc. I don't know what it is about this business but both of their locations are like 3rd world countries. Stuff taped all over the walls, tape coming off, no air conditioning, etc. Staff is rude and doesn't listen to you wanting to collect because "you have a deductible of $750" when, in fact, I do not. I asked them to call my insurance and they refused instead giving me a print out showing what they claim I owed! I told them I would only pay for the amount of the specialist cost I owed and that I have this trouble every time I go to one of their offices. Horrible, snotty, rude, attitude. If I didn't like Dr. Nguy (why is he at this office? Please move!) I wouldn't go here at all. Terrible. Avoid! But they have surely made a BIG business of giving allergy injections - both here and at their Rancho Mirage location. And if you have a "test" - and the doctor says they will call you - and you don't hear so you call them - you then get a scolding saying they only call if they find something. Ugh.......go elsewhere if you can find anyone in this wretched valley.
